| 摘 要： | 以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代领导集体十分重视消除贫困问题，遵循邓小平关于消除贫困实现共同富裕的伟大构想，领导全国人民开展了消除贫困的伟大实践，不仅是对邓小平共同富裕伟大构想的具体化、可操作化，而且在实践中进一步丰富和发展了这一理论，使这一理论更加完善，更具有指导意义。
