| 摘 要： | 结合目前正在筹建的中国浙江网上技术市场与成果转化服务平台,在分析中国浙江网上技术市场体制机制问题的基础上,论证了以融入技术转移转化服务功能来改造提升现有网上技术市场的必要性;提出了成果转化平台的构建原则和总体框架,并重点论述了平台的三大运行机制;最后从扩大供给、加快转化、激发需求三方面提出了保障平台顺利运行的政策措施。
