| Abstract: | It is claimed in this paper that Laozi＇s philosophy of management is of realistic significance to modern management.The philosophy of ＂ruling as a natural process＂ is a general concept of modern management,and ＂following the nature＂ is basic principle for modern management that is law-based,while ＂softness against hardness＂ and ＂unity of man and nature＂ is an essence of social management and idea of management. |
