| 摘 要： | 公示语的翻译近年来越来越得到大家的关注,它关系一个城市乃至一个国家的形象。尽管很多学者对它的种种错误进行了总结,然而公示语的英译一直缺乏指导思想。Jef.Verschuren的语用学综观下的顺应理论认为,使用语言即是不同意识程度下为适应交际需要而不断做出选择的过程。这个全面科学的研究视角可以十分恰当地解释和指导我们公示语的英译工作。该文即从语境顺应理论的翻译即是一种不断动态选择的观点出发,从语境的语言和非语言因素两个大方面,阐述应该从哪些角度考虑适当的译文,同时也提及其动态顺应的因素,希望为公示语英译的探讨带来新的启发。

| Abstract: | Translation of public signs is related to the image of a city even a country.It has aroused more and more concern in recent years,for translations of these public signs are often totally wrong or inappropriate.Although many translators and experts have pointed out all kind of mistakes,there is no guiding theory in translating public signs.According to the adaptation theory by Jef.Verschuren,the use of language is just to make continuous choices in order to adapt to the needs of communications.This scientific new research angle can explain and guide translation of public signs.This thesis tends to discuss how to choose appropriate translation of public signs from dynamically adapting to linguistic and non-linguistic contexts,in which the dynamic adaptation is especially focused. |
