| 摘 要： | 我国的秘书学教育自二十世纪八十年代初诞生以来，其学科体系不断健全，课程名称由最初的秘书学改成目前的秘书学与秘书实务，课程建设逐步完善。但是，随着我国改革开放政策的不断深入，该课程的教学也面临着诸如如何更加贴近企业和社会需要等问题。本文围绕高职院校秘书学与秘书实务的教学现状，提出了该课程教学改革的几个途径。

| Abstract: | Since the estabishment of the secretary education in the early 1980s, it has been perfecting both in the academic system and lectures constructions from preliminary secretary theory to practice. However, as the development of Chinese reformation and opening policy, the lecture teaching faces the problems of how to more closely meet the demands of the enterprises and society. This article articulates several channels of lecture reformation according to the secretary theory and teaching practical situation at present. |
