| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法,实地及问卷调查对河南省城市居民参与全民健身活动的现状展开了深入细致的调查和了解,目的在于对河南省城市居民参与全民健身活动的情况进行认真分析,提出相应的对策,为今后更好地开展全民健身活动提供有益的参考.
