| 摘 要： | 在中小企业融资难的大环境下，对中小企业的融资结构现状进行了分析，归纳当前企业融资结构存在的问题以及影响融资结构的因素，针对存在的问题与成因，分别从中小企业自身、政府支持和金融机构3个角度提出改善与优化中小企业融资结构的途径，从而达到解决中小企业融资难问题的目的。
