| 摘 要： | 文章简述了区块链的含义、发展及其特点,分析了机构知识库建设中知识共享障碍及其原因,以及区块链技术在企业机构知识库建设中的应用可能性与有效性,提出利用区块链技术解决知识共享难题,为解决机构知识库建设中的知识共享障碍问题提供了新的方法与思路。
