| Abstract: | With reform and open policy,some competition systems and rules,talent-selecting systems geared with the socialism market economy had been emerging,which was designed as "socialized sports profile".As a result,diversity pattern of athletic sports development in China have since been established.This paper mainly analyzed the characteristics,system and operational mechanism of reserve talents cultivation. |
