| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业问题的解决与构建和谐社会有着极其密切的联系,在当前形势下解决好高校毕业生就业困难的问题已刻不容缓。文章通过对高校毕业生就业困难的原因进行分析与探讨,提出了突破毕业生就业＂困境＂的对策和思路。
