| Abstract: | Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, economized knowledge turns to trun with the knowledgized economy mutually, the social competition ability reveals more and more in learning ability. Study completely and life-long has become necessity to promote economy,society development,and overall personal development. The library building, taking knowledge spreading, carry out civilization as its social cultural educational task,faces opportunities and challenges in the procese of building a study-oriented society. |
