| 摘 要： | 就改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场体制的建立和发展,促进了生产力的发展和人民生活水平的提高,所引起人们追求更高层次生活方式和体育文化消费水平进行了分析,指出冬季体育是北方居民健身运动和体育消费的最佳运动项目之一,它作为体育旅游产业已成为我国经济发展的一个新的增长点。为此,对开展冬季群众体育与开发冬季体育旅游产业提出对策性意见。

| Abstract: | With the founding and developing of the socialist market system, tha productive forces have been improved andthe level of the people 's life has been decreased, which arouses the people to seek the higher life style and sports and cultureconsumption so the author analysed this and pointed out that the winter sports is one of the best sports of the body-buildingsports and sports consumption of the northem inhabitants. Being a sports travelling industry, it is a new growth point of the e-conomic development in our country. so we put forward some suggestions to develop the winter mass sports and the wintersports travelling industry. |
