| 摘 要： | 党的先进性是靠党员的先进性来体现的，其中包括受过高等教育的大学生党员。大学生党员要长期保持先进性，就必须加强先进性教育，建立保持先进性的长效机制。本文从建立思想教育机制、完善日常管理机制、建立激励引导机制、强化监督约束机制、严格考核评价机制、落实组织保障机制等六个方面来探索保持大学生党员先进性的长效机制。

| Abstract: | The advantage of a party depends on the party members, including college party members to be educated in colleges to keep its benchmark. If college communists want to keep long-term benchmark, they must be educated by the benchmark by the long-term mechanism.
