| 摘 要： | 随着工业发展带来的一系列环境问题,对人类自身生存和继续发展构成威胁,联合国环境规划署提出了清洁生产的概念,我国也已开始实施《清洁生产促进法》。清洁生产以预防为主,最终达到污染治理的减量化、资源化和无害化,促进资源的循环利用,实现经济和社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of industry, there are many environmental problems which have already threatened the survival and sustainable development of human being itself. United Nations Environment Program puts forward the conception of cleaning production and China has carried out Cleaner Production Promotion Law. It is believed that cleaning production should prevent first and the final goals are to make pollution abatement reduced, reclamation and harmless to recycle the resources and to make the economic and social sustainable development come true. |
