摘    要:随着现代短跑竞技运动水平的不断提高,比赛的激烈对抗和赛事的日益频繁,对运动员连续承受大负荷比赛与训练提出了越来越高的要求,大强度训练已成为当代高水平短跑运动员的重要体能训练特点。训练负荷的安排是以强度作为训练负荷的灵魂,但值得注意的是,训练负荷的增大须在完善恢复措施的保障下进行,恢复是高质量训练的保证也是训练的延续。因此如何科学地把握短跑的训练过程,以实现训练效益的最大化,就必然成为训练研究的重要任务之一。

Abstract:With the continously increasing level,vehemence and frequency of modern sprint competition,now the race itself and correlative training are increasingly demanding for the consecutive intense sports competition and intense loads.Intense training features the important physical ability training of contemporary high-level sprint athletes.And the intensity can be considered as the soul of training loads.It's noticed that the augment of the training loads should be carried out under sound recovery measures.Recovery can guarantee the high quality and continuity of traing.Therefore,the question that how to grasp the process of training scientifically to maximize the effect of training is sure to be one of the tasks of studying training.
