| 摘 要： | 中小食业由于规模小、数量多、经营方式灵活，在复杂多变的市场竞争中具有一定优势，能够有效地推动经济稳定增加、吸收大量劳动力、活跃市场气氛、促进自由竞争。但是中小企业在融资的过程中存在问题。通过巾小企业融资的现状，融资的重要性，提出了融资的对策。
