| 摘 要： | 流域经济作为一种生产布局以自然河流水系为基础，以水资源综合开发为核心的大区域经济，不仅具有区域经济的一般共有作用，而且还具有其特有的功能和作用。流域经济以水为纽带的作用，尤其是航运作用，在当今信息化、知识更新加快的时代背景下受到了挑战。但是，流域经济特有的功能和作用是不会因信息，知识技术的到来而被淡化。应充分发挥流域经济在国民经济中的积极作用，推动国民经济增长、社会的进步和发展。

| Abstract: | Drainage area economy is the regional economy. Its productive distribution is based on natural river system and it focuses on comprehensive utilization of wawer resourses. It has not only the common features of regional economy,but also the special cunftion. Although the function of drainage area economy featuring water linkage, especially sailing, faces the challenge caused by information age, its special functions will not be weakened. We should bring the active functions of drainage area economy in national economy into full play to increase national economy and promote the society forward. |
