| 摘 要： | 少数民族高校是指设立在少数民族地区的高等学校和设在其他地区的民族院校.高等学校的专业建设和学科建设水平直接影响着高校的办学水平和办学效益.本文根据目前少数民族高校存在的问题,就专业建设和学科建设过程中应遵循的原则、指导思想和基本要求提出若干建议,并对专业设置、调整和学科建设中存在的问题提出改革和完善的对策.

| Abstract: | Ethnic minority higher learning institutions include universities and colleges in ethnic minority regions as well as ethnic universities and colleges in other regions.The level of discipline development and specialty building of universities has direct influence over the level and benefit of running higher learning institutions.In this paper,based on existing problems of ethnic universities,suggestions have been put forward about principles,guiding thought and basic requirements to be followed in discipline development and specialty building,together with countermeasures to solve the problems in building and readjusting specialties and developing disciplines. |
