| Abstract: | The legal systems of capital inflow nations are the necessary choice for the legal regulation on investment behaviors of foreign mergers and acquisitions. The basic principle of such legal regulation is nondiscrimination principle. The article finally analyzes the legal system of such legal regulation. |
