| 摘 要： | 先秦儒家以民本思想为基础,提出了系统的惠民、富民的思想主张.他们认为民富是社会稳定的基础,要富国,必先富民.为实现富民的理想,先秦儒家提出了轻徭薄赋、制民之产、富而后教等措施.这些思想和主张对中国传统社会政治经济思想的发展产生了极为深远的影响.

| Abstract: | On the foundation of the thought that the people-as-foundation, the Pre-Qin Dynasty Confucian school suggested systematic proposition on the rich people. They thought that the rich people are the foundation of social stabilization and the rich country. In order to realize the ideal of the rich people, they proposed reduction of rent for land and of enslavement, giving the soil to people, educating the people after well-off, etc. The thought of the Pre-Qin Dynasty Confucian School had produced far-reaching effect to Chinese thought of politics and economics. |
