利用废液废料生产饲料酵母的研究

摘    要:用废液及麦麸、玉米粉等底物进行生产单细胞蛋白的试验,实验结果表明:利用废液工业化生产单细胞蛋白是完全可以实现的。利用麦麸、玉米粉添加适量的氨盐进行固体培养,将其无机盐转化为有机氮也有一定效果,有希望成为一种新的高蛋白质饲料资源。同时综合讨论了对单细胞蛋白工业的优越性、饲料酵母的营养价值、生产原料、喂养试验及饲料酵母生产的经济、环保效益等五个方面,认为我国单细胞工业具有较大的潜力,有利于我国畜牧业发展,环境保护和食物结构的改善。

Abstract:The article illustrates the experimental process of using the base materials such as waste liquid,wheat bran and corn powder to produce unicellula r albument.The results are as follows:it can be fulfilled waste liquid to produc e unicellular albument.The effect can be achieved in turning inorganic salt into organic ammonia by making use of wheat bran and corn powder with suitable ammon ia salt added to cultivate the solid.It is hoped to become a new high- protein forage resource.The article also fully illustrates five aspects:the advantage of unicellular albumen industry;the nutritious valve of forage ferment raw materia ls feeding experiment and economic & environmentd protective benefit of forage ferment.Thus our country's unicellular industry has great potential and is bene fitial to the development of our husbandry,envionmental protection and improveme nt of food structure.
