| Abstract: | Positive Psychology that emphasizes positive mental energy has become a powerful new force in the research areas of Psychology.It has important inspiration for current mental healthy service.Namely,in mental healthy education and psychological consultation,it is necessary to cultivate a positive mood and atmosphere,and to develop a positive personality characteristics and good social support system in order to promote the the healthy development of people’s physical and mental health. |
