| 摘 要： | 本文根据新制度经济学的委托代理理论,对我国公共图书馆评估进行了研究,指出在现行公共图书馆评估中,由于信息不对称和契约不完备等原因,公共图书馆评估的相关利益群体也存在着委托代理关系和相应的委托代理问题,这些问题严重影响了图书馆评估的公正和效率,也影响了图书馆事业自身的健康发展。为了解决这些问题,应针对不同层次的问题建立适当的约束条款和激励措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of request agent in new system economics,this article conducts researches on public library appraisal in China.It points out that there exist the request agent relations and the corresponding request agent problems in the related benefit community in public library appraisal at present due to the reasons of asymmetric information and incomplete contract.These problems have seriously affected the justness and efficiency of library appraisal as well as the healthy development of the library cause.In order to solve these problems,we should work out proper restraint provisions and inspiring measures according to problems at different level. |
