| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会，应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。这一目标的实现需要制度化、法律化保障。经济法的使命就是通过国家对社会经济的调节实现社会经济结构和运行协调、稳定和发展的目标，这与和谐社会的构建理念是一脉相承的。构建和谐社会，经济法大有作为。

| Abstract: | The socialist harmonious society should be a society of democracy, rule of law, fair and justice, honest and friendship, stability and order, in which everything if full of vigor and human being and the nature can get along well with each other harmoniously. The realization of this goal needs the guarantee of systemization and legalization. The mission of the economic law is to realize the goal of the coordination, stability and development of the construction and operation of social economy by the states adjustment of social economy. And this is closely connected with the idea of constructing harmonious society. The economy law can play an important role in constructing harmonious society. |
