| 摘 要： | 本文区分了运作能力、核心竞争力、动态能力等概念，提出和构建了知识传导和动态能力的互动模型，并详细阐述了动态能力的位势、流程和路径及其与知识资本的存量、流量、和运动方向的互动关系，使企业通过提高知识的透明性、流动性和传导的有效性来提升企业的动态能力和获取动态竞争优势。

| Abstract: | The paper first distinguishes the concepts of operational capabilities,core competence and dynamic capabilities.Then,it constructs an interactive model between the knowledge transfer and dynamic capabilities,particularly explains the interactive relationship between the position,process and path of the dynamic capabilities and the stock,flow and direction of knowledge transfer.The relationship improves the limpidity,liquidity and transferring validity which upgrades the dynamic capabilities and acquires the dynamic competitive advantage. |
