| 摘 要： | 高校培养理工科类应用型、复合型人才,要以社会经济的发展和区域经济发展需求为导向,从打好基础、培养能力和确定与之相适应的专业三个方面综合考虑制定培养模式,要不断更新教育理念,创新教学方法,完善激励机制,打破"重理论轻实践"的教学方法,建立以学生为主体的教学理念。根据学生的个性特点,采用灵活多样的教学方法,激发学生学习的主动性,突出实践能力和创新能力的培养,力求培养出高质量的理工类专门人才,着力培养一批具有"下得去、留得住、用得上"的高素质应用能力、创新能力的复合型人才。

| Abstract: | The training of the applied and multi -functional talents majoring in science and engineering in colleges and universities must be based on the requirements of the social economic development and regional economic development. In the course of planning the training mode, three factors including laying solid foundation, training students＇competence, and designating corresponding majors must be taken into consideration; teaching idea should be continuously renewed, teaching methods should be renovated, and incentive mechanism should be improved to develop students - oriented teaching idea. Flexible and versatile teaching methods should be adopted in light of students＂ personality to stimulate students＇initiative and to emphasize developing students＇practical ability so as to train the applied and multi -functional talents. |
