| Abstract: | Based on the reference to some related resources and more than ten years' teaching practice, the author actively tried the Fartlker teaching in arranging the exercising quantity by applying the method of Golden Section. Aim To find out a new teaching method of endurance race. Approach Apply the method of Golden Section in teaching 200 male students. Distinct differences result can be found in students' performance on 1000-metre race before and after teaching. Conclusion The Previous teaching method is quite effective and deserves to be spreaded. |
