| 摘 要： | 将国内和国外文献对PPP模式概念的界定进行了梳理,对当前我国学者对PPP模式理论基础研究中较为统一的观点进行了归纳总结,并从公共管理的角度对PPP模式的理论基础进行了探究,最后对我国大力推行PPP模式的效用问题进行了简单评价。
