| 摘 要： | 行政管理队伍是高校不可或缺的一支队伍,建设好这支队伍直接影响到高校的教育服务质量。但是相对于公办知名高校来说,独立学院行政管理队伍建设相对滞后。本文通过正在发展中的独立学院管理队伍进行探析,提出加强独立学院行政管理队伍建设的几点思考。
