| 摘 要： | 志愿服务是大学生自身发展的需要,也是思想政治教育的有效载体,在党和国家重视高校志愿服务工作的新形势下,深化高校志愿服务思想教育功能具有重要意义。高校要加强对志愿服务思想政治教育功能的认识,着重突出思想政治教育功能,防止"功利性"倾向;要注重加大对志愿服务项目的指导和扶持力度,提升思想政治教育效果;要注重借鉴服务学习模式,增强社区服务项目的吸引力,发挥社区志愿服务育人的作用,同时要建立和完善志愿者工作支持机制,扩大志愿服务育人的覆盖面。
