| 摘 要： | 本文通过对深圳信息职业技术学院近两年学生评教结果的数据进行统计与分析，可以看出学生对学院教师的教学水平与教学效果普遍比较满意，同时也反映出教师教学过程中存在的一些问题，并提出了促进教师教学水平与教学质量的提高的若干建议。

| Abstract: | This article is designed to analyze the results of surveys with SZIIT students for the last two years. The analysis shows that the majority of the surveyed students are satisfied with their teachers. On the other hand, however,problems are revealed in that part-time teachers are rated remarkably lower than the full-time teachers. In addition,the newly recruited and the highly degreed ones are comparatively low. Sure each result has its own reasons, and measures have to be taken to bridge the gap in between. |
