摘    要:行业特色型高校教师多维度评价体系较其他高校教师评价体系具有:评价标准更科学,评价主体更全面和评价方式更人性等新特点。该体系始终坚持高等教育以人为本,科学发展的理念,紧紧围绕行业特色型高校应用型人才培养的终极目标,在加强学校师资队伍建设和提高教师科研水平能力的同时,实现学校人才培养满足社会需要的现实目标。

Abstract:Compared with that of other universities, the evaluation system of profession characteristic u- niversities has the following new features: it is more scientific in criteria, more comprehensive in subjects and more humanistic in methods. With the proposition of the concept of people - oriented and scientific develop- ment, this system sets the training of applied talents as the ultimate goal. This multidimensional evaluation system aims at the realistic goal to train the talents who can meet the needs of the community; meanwhile it also helps strengthen teaching staff construction and improve the level of scientific research ability of the teachers.
