| 摘 要： | 创新型人才的培养需要依赖科学的考试制度来促进，而创新型人才的培养反过来又能促进科学的考试制度的建立和完善。当前高校的考试制度以及考试管理存在的弊端已经严重影响到了高校创新型人才的培养以及素质教育的全面开展。要充分发挥考试的功能，必须对现行考试制度与考试管理进行全面深入的改革，为培养创新型人才提供良好的思想环境、良性的人文环境、合理的考试环境、科学的课程环境以及和谐的管理环境。使考试这种手段真正为培养大量的适应当前和未来社会需要的创新型人才服务。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of creative talents depends on scientific examination system,and it can promote the establishment and perfection of scientific examining system. Now the demerits in examination system and administration system influence seriously the cultivation of creative talents and the development of quality education. To exercise the function of examination to its fullest, the University authority should reform the examination system and administration system thoroughly and offer a better humane environment,an appropriate examining environment,a scientific course environment and a harmonious administrating environment. Thus,examination,as a means,will be really a service to the cultivation of a large number of creative talents who will meet the demands of current and future society. |
