| 摘 要： | 民间体育社团组织在中国体育结构转型时期,能较大地提高体育社会化、组织化程度,形成分工合理的社会和谐的体育管理体系,提高体育事业的良性运行及协调发展,改良原有不良的体育管理要素,形成新型的体育结构治理体系及要素,是进行体育结构转型及体育事务有序发展的重要力量。在民间体育社团组织的发展中,应坚持“以人为本”的宗旨,要加强对社团内、外部人员的凝聚力和吸引力培养。

| Abstract: | In the period of structural transform of PE in China,fork sports association can improve socialization and organization of PE;it can form the management system of social PE that the division of labour is very reasonable;it can advance beneficial operation and coordinated development of(PE)undertaking;it can improve key element of original PE management that is unhealthy;it can form new type of administration systme and key element of PE structure;it is an important strength for transforming PE structure and developing PE orders.In the development of fork sports association,we should persist in the aim at taking man as basis and strengthen the culture of cohesive force and attraction between internal and external members of association. |
