摘    要:本文运用量子化学中的CNDO方法(Complete Neglect of Differential Overlap——全略微分重叠)以单晶硅和地壳岩石的典型构造——硅氧四面体为研究对象对脆性破裂时破裂发射的机理提出了一种理论解释,认为是破裂前晶体受外力作用发生构型变化使得电子能量增加成为自由电子的结果。利用这一理论,地震发生前的电导率增加、电磁辐射和地震时的地光等现象都可以得到解释。

Abstract:By use of the complete neglect of differential overlap (CNDO) method in quantum chemistry, and through the study on the electric effects of single crystal silicon and the Si-O-tetrahedron, a typical structure of rocky materials in the crust, we set up a micro mechanism to systematically interpret the fractoemission during brittle fracture. It is concluded that it's just the crack expansion, which leads to the structure distortion of the crystal, enables the electrons in the outer layer get more energy and become free electrons escaping from the system. Based on this, the phenomena before and accompanying earthquakes, e.g. conductivity increase, electromagnetic radiation and earthquake light can be explained.
