| 摘 要： | 结合社会保险领域档案管理工作的实际,以湖北省荆州市社会保险事业局安泰社保服务中心档案管理信息系统为例,提出了一个面向社会保险事业档案管理的将人工智能技术、决策分析技术和数据库技术相结合的智能化管理信息系统的模型,介绍了基于C/S(客户机/服务器)模式网络MIS档案管理信息系统应用于社会保险领域的结构和功能,分析了网络环境中系统实现的一些设计策略,并给出了社会保险档案管理信息系统的具体实现。

| Abstract: | This paper integrates the reality of society insurance files management presents a model of intelligence management information system applys in the field of society insurance based on the technology of artificial intelligence, the technology of decision analysis and the technology of database. There is an example which has been applied in Society Insurance Bureau HUBei Jingzhou. The configuration and function of society insurance management information system in network enviroment based on the client/server model are introduced. Some designation strategies of system reality in network enviroment are analysised. And there is a reality of society insurance files management information system. |
