| 摘 要： | 为了更好地提高高校体育课的教学质量,针对传统体育教学模式在目前高校体育教学中出现的诸多问题,本研究在武术课教学中采用“分层次”教学法进行实验和研究,结果发现“,分层次”教学法不仅有利于提高学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,有利于培养学生兴趣和自我锻炼能力,有利于学生比较牢固地掌握武术技术,还可以为学生终身体育奠定良好的基础。

| Abstract: | In order to improve physical teaching quality in colleges and to solve the problems which modern societies bring to traditional teaching modes, this article taken to the separate class teaching model in accrual teaching of Wu Shu technique, comes to take conclusion that the teaching menthod of "separate class teaching" is obviously superior to traditional teaching menthols, because it can help arouse students' initiative and activate their thinking so as to develop their interest, Taken the separate class teaching model can form a good basis for the students learning in Wushu technique. |
