| 摘 要： | 我国高校体育俱乐部科学构建工作的依据和措施是:依我国政治的具体要求建立以大学生为主、社会大众为辅的具有无偿性的教学服务和有偿性、福利性的社会大众服务的综合性体育俱乐部;依我国的经济状况,经济发达地区的大学和名牌大学要建立收费标准稍高的大众性、高档次、专业性较强的体育俱乐部,普通大学应建立低收费大众型的以健身活动为主的体育俱乐部;依人的身心发展特点建立体现以人为本的高校体育俱乐部;依学校、体育、俱乐部的具体要求建立与学校协调发展、体现体育本质和社会俱乐部形式的高校体育俱乐部。

| Abstract: | The construction of collegiate sports clubs in China should be based on the following aspects and principles: a) politically,the collegiate sports clubs should be comprehensive to offer both non-profit instruction service and paid service for the public,mainly serving college students;b) economically,in famous universities and colleges in economically-developed zones,public and more professional clubs should be constructed with higher charge and better service,while popular clubs with less charge serving public exercise in ordinary colleges;c) they should be human-oriented;d) the performance of the clubs should be in harmony with the development of colleges,embodying sports essence,and in the form of public clubs. |
