| Abstract: | Since China＇ s enter into the W. T. O. , there are more and more eases of the foreign investment incorporate or purchase the Chinese companies. Such practice benefits our country at the same time it also threatens the national security,national brand, and technological innovation. Thus, it is suggested to make laws as well as regulations in details to supervise this practice to benefit the both parties. |
