| 摘 要： | 首先利用DEA方法设计区域低碳经济发展指数对江苏区域低碳经济发展水平进行测度,结果显示三大经济区域苏南低碳经济发展最好,苏中其次,苏北最低。然后基于低碳经济发展指数对江苏区域低碳经济发展水平进行相关分析,聚类结果显示低碳经济发展较好地区为无锡、常州、苏州、南通、盐城、宿迁;收敛分析表明江苏各区域低碳经济发展存在差异变大趋势;影响因素分析表明经济发展和产业结构对低碳经济发展为正影响,而能源强度(单位GDP能耗)对低碳经济发展为负影响。

| Abstract: | This paper is firstly based on the accurate measurement and analysis aboutthe level of the low-carbon economy development currently.Firstly Author makes low-carbon economy development index by means of DEA to measurethe level of regional low-carbon economic development in Jiangsu Province,and the results show Southern Jiangsu is the best,Central Jiangsu is in the second,and Northern Jiangsu is the last.Then,based on the low-carbon economic development index,author analyzes the level of regional low-carbon economy development in Jiangsu.The clustering results indicate that better development area of low-carbon economic include Wuxi,Changzhou,Suzhou,Nantong,Yancheng and Suqian.The Convergence test indicates that regional differences of low-carbon economic development become larger.The influencing factors analysis shows the impact direction of the economic development and industrial structure to the low-carbon economic development index is positive,and the impact direction of the energy intensity(unit GDP energy consumption) to the low-carbon economic development index is negative. |
