| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观引领高校党的组织建设,实现二者的内化统一,是高校党组织在现阶段的重要任务。本文将从管理控制学视角,分析高校党组织建设如何才能充分体现科学发展观新要求,并提出了创新高校党组织建设和科学发展观内化统一的策略。
