| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机背景下，如何开展适时的、有效的返乡农民工再就业教育，已然成为政府、社会关注的焦点问题。因此，评述返乡农民工再就业教育的现有相关研究成果，并展望未来的研究趋向，对推进返乡农民工再就业教育，开展返乡农民工再就业教育深入研究，开拓成人教育学术研究的视野，具有重要的理论和现实意义。
