摘    要:幼儿教师专业成长问题是学前教育发展的关键,基于教师专业化的三种范式,阐释了幼儿教师专业成长的三种主要促进方式:效仿教学策略、反思教学策略、教育研究策略。

Abstract:Preschool teacher professional development is the key to the development of preschool education.This paper summarizes three kinds of paradigm of the specialization of teachers and explains three kinds of strategy at least: follow the teaching strategy,education research and teaching strategies and reflection.
