| Abstract: | Xueji and The principles of Oratory are the two influential ancient works on education in the world.Both of the works cover the various aspects of education.Both expound systematically the dialectical relationships between teaching and learning and discuss the issues of principls,methods and procedures for teaching.Both reveal some laws governing teaching and leaning and they would be comparable in their similarities and individualities on instructional views.This paper extends a profound analysis and comparison on the educational views of the two works. |
