| 摘 要： | 知识产权越来越成为国际贸易的焦点,尤其是WTO成员国签署TRIPS协定后,知识产权在国际贸易中的地位愈发重要,不可避免地将对我国经济产生深刻的影响。本文对知识产权与国家贸易的关系做了简要的阐述,同时详细地分析了我国知识产权贸易的现状,在此基础上,从国家和企业两个层面上提出应对策略与措施。

| Abstract: | Intellectual property rights becomes the focus in international trade more and more.Especially with the establishment of TRIPS by WTO,its importance arrives at a higher level and inevitably have a profound impact on our country.In this paper,the relevant concepts in Intellectual Property Rights protection is introduced summarily,and international intellectual property trade in our country is analyzed in detail.With the result,the opinions and suggestions of national strategic and corporate strategy are put forward. |
