| 摘 要： | 本文通过阐述刑罚目的与临终关怀价值之间的关系,指出死刑执行中临终关怀这个命题存在的现实基础和当代意义。其次关注这个命题在实践中是如何展开的,从历史和当代、国内和国外、理论和现实多个角度描绘出死刑执行实践中的临终关怀现象,并尝试梳理归纳出临终关怀的方式种类;最后针对当前死刑执行中存在的临终关怀现象指出其存在的问题。
