| 摘 要： | 近年来。我国旅游管理专业本科教育凸现出行业就业率低、流失率高、毕业生缺乏竞争优势、旅游管理本科专业发展困难等问题．本文在综合分析导致我国旅游本科教育问题突出的原因的基础上。从教育管理部门、旅游高等院校、社会环境等角度提出了应对策略，以期促进旅游本科教育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years, there exist many problems in China＇s undergraduate education of tourism management professional such as low employment rate, high wastage rates, lacking of competitive edge in graduates, great difficulties in the development of tourism management undergraduate professional and other issues. In this paper, the author first analyzes the reasons for China＇s tourism undergraduate education issues and then proposes related strategies from angles of education management, tourism institutions of higher learning, and social environments, with a view to promoting healthy development of tourism undergraduate education. |
