| 摘 要： | 机构仓储的建设可以分为可行性分析、规划建设目标以及建设机构仓储的各种支撑机制等几个阶段;机构仓储的支撑机制主要包括机构仓储软件、流程管理制度、知识产品的版权管理制度以及相关的激励制度等.本文从工程化的角度出发,结合机构仓储建设的实践经验,分析了机构仓储建设过程中各个阶段的关键问题,力图能够为机构仓储的建设提供一个工程化的指导.
