| 摘 要： | 针对当前新能源产业融资困境,传统融资方式难以有效满足产业发展的资金需求,结合新能源项目建设的特点,重点介绍适合新能源开发的项目融资模式,以此提高新能源项目融资效率、扩大融资规模、降低融资风险,推进我国新能源项目建设的步伐,进而促进我国能源结构优化和合理布局。通过有效地发挥金融的支持作用,引导新能源产业经济效率的提高和规模壮大。

| Abstract: | This paper aims at probing into the financing dilemma faced by new energy-based industries given that the traditional mode of financing cannot meet the financing needs on the part of the development of new energy - based industries. In consideration of the characteristics of the new energy projects, the author focuses on the study of project financing which is thought to be suitable for the new energy industry, with the purpose of improving project financing efficiency, expanding the financing scale, controlling the risk of financing and then optimizing the en- ergy structure and layout in reason. With financial support, we could improve the economic efficiency and enlarge the scale of the new energy-based industries. |
