| Abstract: | Reservoir resettlement compensation is a legal category with unique value. The domestic and foreign theoretical circles have made much pioneering research in its connotation, features, standards system and system architecture of reservoir resettlement compensation and so on, and obtained many encouraging results. But because of disciplinary barriers and under-development of the rule of law, there still exists some inadequacies in the domestic theoretical research. |
